The challenge
Corporate training teams often manage courses, participant records, assessments, feedback and certificates across several disconnected tools. Course information may sit in spreadsheets, evaluations may be collected through generic forms, and certificates may require manual preparation after every training session.
This makes it difficult to measure training effectiveness consistently, track individual trainee performance and maintain a reliable history of completed programs. Bilingual training environments add another layer of complexity when course content, assessments and communication need to work in both English and Arabic.
The project required a centralized platform where training administrators could manage courses, instructors, trainees, evaluations, reports and certificates while giving participants a simple way to register, complete assessments and receive proof of completion.
