The challenge
Multi-branch restaurants often manage menus, branches, incoming orders, delivery staff, promotions and customer information through separate tools. This makes it difficult to keep branch availability, pricing, order status and delivery operations synchronized across the business.
Delivery operations add another layer of complexity because each order must move through multiple stages, be assigned to the correct branch and driver, remain visible to staff, and provide customers with accurate tracking and payment information.
The project required one centralized platform that could support bilingual customer ordering, branch-based menu availability, payments, promotions, in-house delivery, VAT-compliant billing and operational reporting without forcing staff to switch between multiple systems.
