The challenge
Schools operate through many connected academic and administrative workflows, yet these functions are often spread across separate tools for attendance, communication, timetables, assessments, certificates, live learning and parent engagement.
The challenge for Daaris was to bring these workflows into one scalable platform while supporting multiple schools as isolated tenants and providing different experiences for students, guardians, teachers, supervisors, administrators and drivers.

What we built
Daaris was developed as a modular, multi-tenant school management platform using Laravel with Vue-based interactive modules and a role-aware authentication architecture.
Each school operates as an isolated tenant within the same application, allowing the platform to serve multiple institutions while maintaining school-specific users, academic structures, permissions, content and settings.
The student experience brings together timetable, courses, homework, exams, live classes, certificates, daily performance, library content, surveys and internal communication in one unified portal.
The MyDay module tracks attendance, lateness, classroom interaction and behavior, giving students and school staff a clear view of daily performance. Timetable views organize subjects and lesson schedules, while Tawasol provides internal communication between school staff, students and guardians.
The Library module supports educational content with likes, comments, favorites, sharing and view tracking, while the Surveys module enables configurable evaluations and feedback workflows.
Beyond the student portal, the platform includes Zoom-integrated live classes, exam management, certificate and report-card generation, SMS, curriculum and syllabus tools, role-based permissions, announcements and the Nidaa gate/pickup system.
The result is a connected school-management ecosystem that combines academic operations, communication, student engagement and administrative control in a single bilingual SaaS platform.
