The client was managing China-to-Bangladesh logistics through fragmented workflows, manual tracking, paperwork, and coordination across multiple teams. This made shipment visibility, financial tracking, and daily operations difficult to manage efficiently.
What we built
Codevioso developed MRM Stride, a centralized logistics management platform that digitizes the complete shipment process. The system includes customized e-shipment management, live parcel tracking, financial records, PDF and Excel reporting, secure authentication, and role-based access.
