Codevioso developed a centralized Hajj operations assessment and compliance platform that brings establishment evaluations, readiness inspections, transportation regulation, official communication, governance, complaints, and reporting into one system.
The platform includes a structured assessment engine for creating scored evaluations, assigning establishments, tracking submissions, and measuring performance.
A dedicated readiness module monitors weekly Hajj-service preparation, critical tasks, delayed work, completion rates, and package-level progress using Hijri-calendar schedules.
The system also manages transportation permits, official circulars, internal correspondence, tasks, board meetings, surveys, complaints, users, permissions, notifications, and operational reports.
